“Cycle” as a symbol of independence

Cycling is more than just a mode of transport—it’s a symbol of independence, sustainability, and active mobility. In collaboration with SXJ Alumni Association, SXJ Eco Club, SXJ FoZ Club, and Laxmi Cycle Center (LCC), we organized a special cycling workshop for Class 6 students at St. Xavier’s School, Jawalakhel.
This initiative aimed to equip young riders with the basic skills needed for safe and confident cycling, while also fostering an early understanding of its positive impact on health, the environment, and urban mobility. Seeing the enthusiasm and energy of these young cyclists was truly inspiring! Their eagerness to ride and learn will shape a future where cycling becomes an integral part of city life.
By promoting active mobility from the school level, we are taking a step towards a cleaner, greenhuge thank you to St. Xavier’s School, Jawalakhel, and Laxmi Cyclestore for their invaluable support in making this event a success.
